As a Certified Weathertigthness Surveyor and assessor for the Weathertight Services Group of the Department of Building and Housing (DBH), I have an extensive knowledge of all weathertigthness defects that are prevalent within New Zealand residential buildings ranging from individual homes to large terraced housing and multi-apartment complexes.
Our detailed reports are tailored to each individual’s specific requirements and together with our experience in this field, we are able to guide you through the whole process of repairing your home. We also work closely with several of Auckland’s leading law firms and barristers, providing support and advice whether it be on the basis of a weathertightness claim or to provide clarification with regard to potential liability.
